Horses: Feed 4–6 lbs daily. For best results, soak pellets with warm water 10–30 minutes prior to feeding.
Sainfoin is naturally rich in beta-carotene, which is safely converted to vitamin A as needed by the horse's body. When feeding sainfoin along with a vitamin/mineral supplement, avoid excessive total vitamin A intake by keeping supplemental vitamin A at or below approximately 30,000 IU per day.
Cattle, Sheep, Goats, & Other Livestock: Provide as part of a balanced diet. Consult your veterinarian for species-specific feeding guidance.
